Land south of Stoke Hammond
Early plans for new homes
Gleeson Land is preparing early proposals for up to 200 new homes on land south of Stoke Hammond and west of Leighton Road. Most of the site is in Soulbury Parish, next to Stoke Hammond village.
Buckinghamshire needs more homes, including more affordable homes. We are at an early stage and no planning application has been submitted. We want to hear from local people while the proposals can still be shaped, so that any future application reflects the needs of the area.

- More than half of the site kept as open space, with new play areas, tree planting, landscaping and drainage features
- No homes in the areas of the site at higher risk of river flooding, and a drainage system designed to manage surface water
